Building upon this experience, NGS Cement ventured into manufacturing by inaugurating a factory with a daily output of 500 metric tons by the year’s end. The superior quality of its cement swiftly garnered customer acclaim and fueled increasing demand. Responding to this burgeoning market appetite, the company expanded its operations in 2011 with the establishment of a second unit boasting a production capacity of 1000 metric tons per day. Today, NGS Cement stands as a key player in the industry, boasting an annual production capacity of approximately 550,000 metric tons, a testament to its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

NGS Branded Portland Cement (OPC)
NGS Branded Portland Cement (OPC) is specifically formulated for heavy-duty installations. According to BDS EN 197-1: 2010 (CEM-1), 52.5N NGS Portland cement is employed to achieve rapid strength. This variant is produced by blending 95-100% clinker with 0-5% gypsum, resulting in Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC).
